Here are some photos from the two day working party in February with Waterway Recovery Group and Tameside Countryside Service. This was the second working party in Tameside and was on the stretch near Littlemoss Camp.

These trees were right up against the stone wall, not causing any obstruction to walkers, bikers. Even the hawthorns that you severly pruned,even by your own photos were well above head height and only needed avery light prune. Once again why don`t you concentrate on clearing out the canal that you want to "restore"
